We started CICS in 2011 to be the firm that stays accountable. From strategy through to working systems.

Before founding CICS, David spent over a decade delivering complex technology programs across government, finance, higher education, and enterprise.

The pattern he kept seeing was the same. Solutions designed around vendor margins, not client environments. Integration left too late. Business, IT, and vendors operating to different assumptions. When projects failed, no one owned the outcome.

In 2011, David founded CICS on one principle:

Clients deserve a partner accountable to delivery outcomes, not vendor agendas.

It is the standard every CICS engagement is still held to today.

What Makes CICS Different

Most IT providers follow vendor agendas or build on assumptions that were never properly challenged.

Both lead to the same outcome. Projects drift, rework compounds, and when things go wrong accountability is the first thing to disappear.
